Muhammad Al-Daba, who pointed out the importance of starting the formation of service programs for the governance and automation of state institutions and highlighted the need for special programs for Yemenis to meet the requirements of special projects in Yemen. Engineer Mahmoud Al-Mashreh and Eng. Basel Ramadan. Eng. Muhammad Al-Taweli, former advisor and director of the Communications Institute, and Engineer Arwa Al-Qubati, Director of Information Technology Department at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, who in turn stressed the focus on what the labor market requires.
