The three-day conference aims to push towards the development of electronic transactions to enhance financial inclusion through stimulating the establishment of main axes for a national strategic plan in digital transformation, raising community awareness of electronic financial transactions and financial inclusion means and tools, and contributing to the creation of the e-commerce environment in Yemen in its legal aspects. At the opening of the conference in the presence of the Vice-President of the Higher Authority for Science, Technology and Innovation, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Houri, Dr. Ali Yahya Sharaf El-Din, Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research stressed that the conference is an opportunity that invites us to innovation and innovation, noting that the world is developing at every moment, and we must keep pace with this development technologically and technically.

The Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research pointed out the importance of the government having a central information bank through which it can take the right decisions. For his part, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Taha Zabara, explained that the promotion of financial inclusion has become a reality imposed by the developments of communications and information technology, and one of the postulates that societies are moving towards achieving, adding: In our country, digital transformation represents one of the most important strategic goals adopted by the state and government within the matrix and programs The national vision for building the modern Yemeni state.
